Which body language signals

As there are different types of communication, there are several types of Body language.

What they all have in common, is that your Body Language will be influenced by certain conditions.
Can you imagine yourself, getting up in the morning and you’re late? You have to run to the nearest subway or tube station and what do you find out...
you didn't put on your running shoes to go to the office...
When getting on the subway or tube, which is jam-packed, you may, by way of speaking, smell what you do not want to smell.
Time and space will play a role in terms of your behavior and Body Language.

Arriving at the office, you first have to listen to a lecture why you’re late and what the consequences are...
It could be you fall asleep during, however, you better don’t, all of the sudden there is a spoken word that can’t be pulled back and you’re so shocked. The tone and intonation will influence your Body Language.
Eventually you are going to make a decision, it can be a rational or emotional decision, based on conscious signals or an unconscious reality. Note especially that this situation will affect your Body Language as well.
Your Verbal and Non-Verbal communication will influence the conscious and subconscious mind of the other person and will also decide the quality and results of any further communications, conversations or actions.
